Clinical researches of auto- and allogenic hemopoeitic stem cells transplantation for the coronary atherosclerosis in humans showed that cell transplantation facilitates the formation of endotheliocytes or even new vessels [Repin V.S., Sukhih G.T., 1998] as a consequence of progenitor cells differentiation under the influence of the factors of particular tissue microenvironment [Civin C.I., 2000; Schuldiner M. et al, 2000]. Observing the aging as a permanent shortening of stem spaces sizes of the organism and stopping the processes of its remodeling, we suppose that after cell reservoirs depletion of stem space the intensity and speed are determined by the aging mechanisms of somatic cells, terminal determined in the ranges of Hayflick's limit. [Hayflick L., 1997]. According to our understanding, regional multipotent cells are forming a stem space in the adult organism in rats that is a morphological equivalent of vitauct the term introduced by V.V. Frolkis for determination of the process that stabilizes vital functions of the organism and increases duration of life and life span [Frolkis V.V., 1998].
